Nevertheless, some customers may wish to cancel their accounts with MX Solution for various reasons.
Customers can cancel their accounts with MX Solution without incurring a penalty as long as they cancel within 48 hours of payment. Requests for cancellation should be sent in writing with full account details. Only once customers have received notification that their request has been received and approvedcan they consider their account to be canceled.
If a customer wishes to cancel within 48 hours of a payment, they will receive a refund. However, they will incur a service charge.
If you are a first-time customer you can rely on our refunds policy to help you feel secure as you navigate the world of Forex trading. At MX Solution, we want to give customers a good Forex trading experience. This means making customers feel secure in the knowledge that they can request a refund if they cancel their account. Please note: Refunds will not exceed the amount of the last payment provided by the customer.
Refunds must be requested in writing together with full account details. Refunds requested within 60 days of a payment will be returned to the bank account or the credit card that was used to fund transactions. Refunds requested after that time will be made through wire transfer. We reserve the right to alter the methods of repayment at any time.
IMPORTANT: Refunds are only issued once the cancellation of an account has been verified.
In the unlikely event of a systems failure, MX Solution customers should email their account manager and support team with the full details of the problem. The more information customers give about the error, the quicker the problem can be solved. Customers should include full account information, dates /times of the error(s), order number(s) and screenshots of any error messages or failures.
Once we receive this information, we will conduct a full investigation into the error. If it is determined that a systems error did occur, the customer will receive a refund.
